Kuo Sheng-Fang (the original name is Kuo Ming-Fang), graduated from the National Taiwan University of Arts. She is the third intake student and her middle name ranked with \u201cSheng\u201d of Luguang Chinese Theatre School (the former school of Taiwan National College of Performing Arts). She was awarded the Opera Performance Medal of Chinese Writer’s & Artist’s Association, The Best Dan Award of Second Chinese Armed Forces Cultural Award. She starred the program of Horse Trader in Suzhou Kunqu Festival in 2013, and performed it again in Shanghai Kunqu Festival in 2014.<\/p>\n

Kuo\u2019s basic skill is very solid. She has a calm and steady stage demeanour. Her sweet singings and recitations are really superb; her gesture and facial expression are exquisite.She focuses on studying main female role in Mei school. Her teacher is Nanjing Mei School performing artist Shen Xiaomei. Recent years she joins the Kunqu Study Plan, she gets the chance of different Masters\u2019 teaching and instruction, such as Zhang Jiqing, Zhang Xunpen, Liang Guyin, Zhou Xuewen, Wang Fengmei, Zhang Yuwen, Zhu Xiaoyu, Zhou Zhigang, Le Yiping, etc.<\/p>\n
